Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the further development of our digital solutions and platforms, particularly the customer portal and web store
- Roadmap and shared backlog across multiple development teams, prioritized by customer value
- Liaison between business units, development teams, and external partners
- Direct customer contact during interviews, prototype testing, and pilot support
- Translating customer problems into clear requirements with verifiable acceptance criteria, facilitating refinement sessions, and validating results
- Integrating the homepage, online store, B2B platform, and customer portal into a seamless customer experience
- Coordinating cross-team collaboration between IoT Edge Development, Data Engineering, and the customer portal in conjunction with department management and the development team
- Planning and overseeing development projects through to rollout
- Defining user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, as well as monitoring relevant KPIs and deriving optimization measures
Your skills and qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on digitalization, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for a digital B2B product or a customer portal with e-commerce capabilities
- Proficiency in discovery, prioritization, and roadmap and backlog management
- Understanding of software development as well as digital platforms, cloud, and IoT solutions
- Experience with AI-supported product development and formulating requirements for collaboration between humans and AI agents
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to bridge diverse business and technical interests
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
