What to expect:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as results-oriented support of the entire service sales team in all after-sales projects
  • Evaluation of strategic market analyses, development, and active implementation of country-specific sales strategies and measures in coordination with partners and subsidiaries
  • Continuous monitoring of success metrics for service market penetration and AE development, ensuring target achievement
  • Planning, preparation, and goal-oriented implementation of international service workshops at our subsidiaries
  • Planning and conducting service training as well as operational support for global service partners, including training needs analysis
  • Joint planning and execution of key customer visits in target markets
  • Supporting the sales team in preparing offers, following up on offers, order processing, and implementing country-specific requirements
  • Ensuring timely, high-quality sales and project execution, as well as forecasting order intake and revenue
  • Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection within the service sales team

What you should bring:

  • Technical training with successful further qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in the fields of mechanical engineering or mechatronics, alternatively a correspondingly qualified master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Experience as an international service technician (m/f/d) or service consultant (m/f/d) is an advantage
  • Strong sales orientation with an international focus
  • High communication skills and pronounced organizational ability
  • Very good English skills; additional languages, especially Spanish, are an advantage
  • High commitment, resilience, and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel internationally
